Biblical stories of eighteen New Testament women who Jesus encouraged, empowered, and loved.

When a Woman meets Jesus, BookHow could a man who had no wife, no children, no home, no job, no money, and wandered the hills of Judea with twelve men relate to women of his time, much less women in the 21st century?

That's the question that led author, Dorothy Valc√°rcel, to search for biblical women whose lives intersected with Jesus. As she explored the lives of every woman Jesus met, she discovered that they faced many of the same challenges women encounter today.

Dear Garden Family:

As you most likely are aware, here at Transformation Garden, we do not make a habit of asking for funds on a regular basis.

In fact, last Christmas was the first time we invited our Garden family to share a gift as God impressed. And thankfully because of your generosity, we were able to replaced Pat’s computer along with upgrading the software needs. Pat’s computer work is critical for she posts all the devotionals to Transformation Garden and sends the devotionals to Crosswalk.com.

I am again coming to you with the request that if God impresses you this Christmas, we would be grateful for your financial assistance.

Right now about 50 people are giving during the year -15 of them on a regular basis. And these dear folk support a ministry that reaches nearly 80,000 people every day. As you can well imagine here at the Garden we are so appreciative to those who make it possible for the Garden devotionals to be shared in 192 countries.

One more exciting piece of news, I received a call from my agent and Baker Publishing has chosen to redo my book and republish it for release in June 2019 - which is over 10 years from the time of the first publication of the book. I’m thrilled about this because all royalties will go to support the work of the Garden in 2019.

Our team wishes you a blessed Christmas and God’s showers of blessings in the New Year.

You can give by going to www.Transformationgarden.com and checking on “Donations”. We accept gifts there through Paypal.
